The season ahead looks like a rich one for the French teams!
After the “Pan Euros” (the European club championships) in Lyon on 19 October 2024, it will be Vannes that has the honour of closing the 24-25 season by hosting the Eurogames (the European championships for nations and regions) on 18 and 19 July 2025.
After the 2018 edition held just a few miles away in Lorient, this is the second time the competition will take place on our soil.
The best European teams will have the chance to face each other at La Rabine, a stadium in the very heart of the city. After the world rugby stars pass through (RC Vannes will discover the Top 14 in the 2024-2025 season), it will be the turn of the stars of men’s and ladies Gaelic football to shine.
Coming from Italy, Galicia, Germany and all over Europe, some twenty teams are expected in total. The French women, winners in 2022 in Pontevedra (Galicia), will put their title on the line, while the French men will be looking to win back the trophy they already won in 2018. Watch out for the Breton and Gascon teams, who will travel as serious outsiders!
