Accessibility

The Gaelic Sports Federation of France does its best to make its website accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

Level of compliance

This site has not yet had a full accessibility audit (against the French RGAA standard). We therefore cannot declare that it is compliant, and we prefer to say so plainly.

What is already in place

  • navigation that can be used with a keyboard, with a direct link to the main content;
  • a clear heading structure, descriptive links and alternative text on informative images;
  • forms in which every field has a label, with readable error messages;
  • carefully chosen colour contrasts and text that can be enlarged without losing content;
  • respect for your device’s “reduce motion” setting;
  • the language of each page (French, English, Irish) declared for screen readers.

Known limitations

  • some older PDF documents (rules, licences) are not accessible;
  • videos hosted by third-party services may not have captions;
  • some archive photographs do not have a detailed description.
